A certified translation is a complete and faithful translation accompanied by a signed statement of accuracy, our company stamp and the translator's details. It is the format most Singapore authorities, foreign embassies, universities and courts expect when a document is not in the required language.
We translate personal, academic, corporate and legal documents between English, Chinese, Malay, Tamil and more than 40 other languages. When the receiving authority asks for more than a company certification, we arrange notarisation by a Singapore Notary Public and an apostille or embassy legalisation — in one order, with one point of contact.

Frequently asked questions
Will my certified translation be accepted by ICA or MOM?
We prepare certified translations in the format Singapore agencies usually request. Because each agency and scheme can set its own rules, we check the current requirement for your application and add notarisation when it is needed.
How long does a certified translation take?
Most standard documents such as certificates are ready within one to three working days. Longer files, rare languages and notarised translations take more time; we confirm a firm deadline with your quote.
Do you need the original document?
For a certified translation a clear scan or photo is usually enough. If the translation must be notarised against the original, we explain how to hand it over securely.
