Need a birth certificate from India, a company extract from Germany or a replacement degree certificate from your old university? Obtaining official records from another country can take weeks of emails and phone calls in the wrong time zone. Through our international offices and partners we request the document on your behalf, have it apostilled or legalised in the issuing country and deliver it to you in Singapore — translated if required.
We also retrieve Singapore documents for clients living overseas, such as ACRA business profiles, certified copies of court records or academic records, and prepare them for use in the destination country.

Frequently asked questions
From which countries can you retrieve documents?
We regularly obtain documents from across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. Availability depends on local rules — some records can only be requested by the person concerned or with a signed authorisation, which we prepare for you.
What do you need from me to start?
Usually a copy of your ID, as many details about the record as you have (names, dates, place of registration) and, where required, a signed authorisation letter or power of attorney.
Can the retrieved document be apostilled and translated?
Yes. We can have it apostilled or legalised in the issuing country and provide a certified translation, so it is ready to use in Singapore or a third country.
